Search On for Man Believed to Have Jumped Of I-95 Bridge into Piscataqua River

The search is on for a man believed to have jumped off the I-95 bridge over the Piscataqua River.
Troopers were called to a report of a stopped vehicle on I-95 at about 3:30 am Sunday, and found evidence indicating the driver left the car and jumped into the river.
New Hampshire and Maine State Police have coordinated on the search, which has included a helicopter and several boats, but efforts have been suspended due to weather conditions.
No information on the identity of the missing man has been released.
The disappearance is not considered suspicious, and police are reminding the public about the availability of mental health crisis help.
Anyone can call or text the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline at 9-8-8 for free and confidential support for themselves, a friend, or a loved one.
