Rockland woman arrested after a slow car chase with police while under the influence.

A woman from Rockland stands accused of leading police on a chase while under the influence.

At around 9:30 p.m. on Friday night, authorities received a call about a vehicle that was driving erratically and almost hit several cars head on.

CBS 13 reports that officers found the vehicle but when trying to stop it, the driver kept going.

The car took them along on a slow chase until the automobile hit a parked and unoccupied vehicle.

Police arrested the driver, 62-year-old Laurie Hunt.

She is facing several charges, including an OUI.
