A Rockland man is accused of hitting a group of protesters with snow and ice in his plow truck.
CBS 13 News reports around 75 people were gathered in Chapman Park to protest the Trump Administration when a plow truck driven by 65-year-old Michael Robinson almost hit them.
Officers say the plow of the truck was down, which caused snow and ice to hit some of the protestors with enough force to knock them down.
Robinson faces charges including felony reckless conduct with a dangerous weapon, among other charges of assault.
Rockland police say this was the third incident at the park where free speech was targeted.
