Missing Brunswick woman found safe

UPDATE: Police said Thursday that Dorr has been found safe in a remote, wooded area.

Police in Brunswick are asking for the public’s help locating a missing woman.

55-year-old Rebecca Dorr was last seen around 9 p.m. Monday in the Botany Place neighborhood near Pleasant Hill Road and Maine Street.

Dorr is white, about 5’5″ tall weighing around 135 pounds.

She has gray hair and hazel eyes.

Police say she’s also known to be an avid walker.

The Maine Warden Service and Maine Marine Patrol are assisting in the search.
