Maine man faces multiple charges for making threats, firing shots in South Paris

Police say a Lewiston man made threatening comments on a 911 call while doing burnouts and firing a gun in South Paris.

Police say Jonathan Blouin called 911 around 1:10 a.m. on Saturday, threatening to drive his car into a tree.

Blouin was taken into custody on Main Street after a brief pursuit with police, who found a handgun with ammunition in his vehicle.

Blouin faces several charges including operating under the influence and is being held at Oxford County Jail.
