Former bus driver indicted on 33 child endangerment counts for October bus crash in Minot

The driver of a school bus that crashed in Minot last year, injuring 16 students, has been charged with endangering children.

According to the Sun Journal, 45-year-old Angela Beasley of Auburn was arrested Wednesday following her indictment by a grand jury.

Police said criminal negligence was to blame after the bus slid off Shaw Hill Road in October of 2024.

Beasley, who no longer drives buses for the district, was indicted on 33 counts of endangering the welfare of children, reckless conduct and driving to endanger.
