Ticket Fulfillment Information:
Tickets to this event are emailed therefore if you win you will receive your tickets to the email address you provided two days prior to the event unless we notify you of a different timeline. If you are unable to attend please notify us in writing to promo@portlandradiogroup.com or by phone at 207-774-4561. Note that unless you contact us requesting to forfeit we will assume you are claiming the prize.
If you win you will receive a phone call to the phone number you provided between 4pm and 5pm on February 9th If we are unable to reach you or leave a voicemail we will attempt to reach you by email. In the event we are not able to reach you by phone or leave a voicemail and we receive a notice that we cannot deliver the email to the email address you provided a replacement winner will be chosen immediately.
