Macklemore & Ryan Lewis will lead the way at the first ever YouTube Music Awards after picking up four nominations on Tuesday.

The video-sharing website is set to host its first live-streamed ceremony next month to honor top global performers, including mainstream stars as well as musicians who have found recognition through the site.

The hip-hop duo will battle it out for the YouTube Breakthrough award, Video of the Year for Same Love, and YouTube Phenomenon for Thrift Shop.

The stars are also in the running against Taylor Swift, Rihanna, Eminem, Epic Rap Battles, Katy Perry, Justin Bieber, Nicki Minaj, One Direction and PSY to take home the Artist of the Year gong.

Lady Gaga, Eminem, M.I.A. and rockers Arcade Fire are all set to headline at the ceremony, which will be filmed live from a warehouse with no studio audience.

Winners of the YouTube Music Awards will be unveiled on Nov. 3 at New York’s Pier 36.

YouTube is allowing users to vote on the categories through a variety of methods, including sharing their favorites on social media sites including Facebook and Google Plus.
