A microphone allegedly used by John Lennon to record his vocals on the 1971 album “Imagine” has but put up for sale on Craigslist.

Similar to just about anything on Craigslist, the authenticity is questionable, but the seller says he has documentation.

“All documentation is authentic as it was my Brother who purchased it for me as a gift a number of years ago,” the seller writes.

The equipment was owned and used by Lennon at his Tittenhurst Park Studios, according to the listing. The asking price is £1500.
